Abstract:

Sometimes one just needs tenacity.

Canshale Corp. is a private Canadian energy company incorporated in 2010. The Company holds permits over 52,000 hectares (200 sq. miles) of land containing an immense surface mineable hydrocarbon resource; the Golden Plain Project.

The Golden Plain Project is a historically known kerogen bearing shale that required years of focus, analysis, step-outs and patient investors to unlock. The project can successfully employ existing commercial technologies to produce sell-able fuel products at scales rivaling Alberta’s Oilsands.

A short history and description of this deposit, its geological setting, mineralogy, secondary resources (including rare earth elements),  the work and effort to bring it to an economic position, the next steps and opportunities will be discussed.
