Abstract:

John Keating, President, PGeo, PJX Resources Inc. (TSXV: PJX)
PJX has consolidated 100% ownership of the mineral rights to the largest land position in the Sullivan Mining District.

Over $40 billion worth of zinc, lead and silver metal, in today’s prices, were produced from Sullivan mine concentrate during the mine’s 90 years of operation before being closed in 2001 when reserves were depleted.
Placer gold has been mined from the creeks in the Sullivan Mining District since gold was first discovered and started a gold rush in 1864. Bedrock sources of the placer gold have not yet been discovered. We call this area the Vulcan Gold Belt.

Large deposits like the Sullivan often occur where there are large mineralizing systems on the planet. These mineralizing systems often produce multiple deposits. The Sullivan is the only significant deposit to be discovered to date in the district. Major and junior companies have previously explored the district in search of the additional deposits that should be present.

PJX has compiled historical data for the District and infilled data gaps with new prospecting, mapping, geochem sampling, geophysics, trenching, drilling and computer modelling. We will present results of this work and the deposit discovery potential of the Sullivan Mining District that has been missed.

Mr. Keating has over 35 years of experience in the mining and exploration industry. He conducted early and advanced stage exploration with Noranda, and was a global commodity analyst for precious and base metals and negotiated the resolution of tariff and non-tariff barriers to trade in metals for the Federal Government of Canada. Mr. Keating was later President and Chief Executive Officer of a number of junior exploration companies bringing an industrial mineral deposit into production for one of them, and making a nickel discovery for another. Kerby Centre COVID Policy/Information:

As per Government of Alberta and City of Calgary requirements, all staff and visitors are required to wear masks while indoors (except while eating or drinking). All staff are required to have double vaccinations by October 31, and they run a voluntary asymptomatic rapid testing program as well for staff and volunteers. They of course encourage social distancing wherever possible and would encourage social distancing while eating if possible if attendees are not from the same cohort. Max occupancy for the Lecture Room with social distancing is 42, so with 2 people per 8’ table a comfortable number would be in the 30-35 persons range for this event but it is not technically required. Additionally, they do have electrostatic disinfection equipment, and frequent disinfection of all furnishings before and after events is being completed.
