Presentation Abstract:
BG Gold Capital II Corp. is a private Canadian gold exploration company advancing a district-scale land position of approximately 2,000 km² in Nunavut, Canada, within the underexplored Rankin–Ennadai greenstone belt. The Company’s flagship Vickers Deposit, located near the hamlet of Whale Cove, hosts a current NI 43-101 Mineral Resource of 1.5 million ounces of gold at 2.0 g/t Au (Measured & Indicated) and 0.9 million ounces at 1.8 g/t Au (Inferred), including multiple high-grade intercepts.
During 2025, BG Gold delivered significant technical and corporate milestones. At Vickers, drilling intersected a new high-grade zone within the conceptual open pit shell, including 67 metres grading 3.5 g/t Au (including 13 metres at 14.0 g/t Au). Concurrent metallurgical test work demonstrated strong gold recoveries in the range of 85–95% from bench-scale testing, supporting the deposit’s development potential.
Regionally, reconnaissance drilling led to the discovery of a new gold-bearing shear system at the CZ target, approximately 40 km from Vickers, including 64 metres grading 3.1 g/t Au (including 8 metres at 18.9 g/t Au), highlighting the broader district-scale opportunity.
The Company further strengthened its regional footprint through the acquisition of the 1,174 km² Tavani Property, consolidating a continuous land package and positioning BG Gold as one of the largest gold explorers by land position in Nunavut.
In 2026, BG Gold plans to advance Vickers through infill drilling, resource conversion, and completion of a Preliminary Economic Assessment (PEA), while accelerating regional exploration across multiple structural corridors. BG Gold is focused on responsible exploration, strong community engagement in Whale Cove, and unlocking long-term value across this emerging Canadian gold district.
