Presentation Abstract:

BG Gold Capital II Corp. (“BG Gold”) is a Canadian exploration company advancing the Whale Cove Project in Nunavut, featuring the high-grade Vickers Gold Deposit. Following a 2024 drilling campaign of over 8,200 metres, BG Gold announced a significant NI 43-101 mineral resource update in February 2025, increasing the Vickers resource to 1.5 million ounces (“Moz”) of gold in Measured and Indicated and 0.9 Moz inferred. The deposit includes numerous standout intercepts, including 101 metres at 12.3 g/t of gold.

The company holds a vast 842 km² land package within the underexplored Rankin-Ennadai greenstone belt, presenting substantial regional potential with over 18 identified gold showings and grab samples exceeding 5,000 g/t Au. In 2025, BG Gold plans up to 4,000 metres of drilling to expand the Vickers resource and test regional targets including CZ, Bannock, and Bazooka. With a share register of industry leaders, strong community engagement—including a signed agreement with the Hamlet of Whale Cove—robust infrastructure access, and a fully funded C$6.5 million exploration budget, BG Gold is positioned to significantly advance its high-grade gold assets and unlock further value across its district-scale project.
