Presentation Abstract:

Integra Resources is a development-stage mining company focused on the exploration and de-risking of the past producing DeLamar Gold-Silver Project in Idaho, USA. Integra Resources is led by the management team from Integra Gold Corp. which successfully grew, developed and sold the Lamaque Project, in Quebec, for C$600 M in 2017. Since acquiring the DeLamar Project in late 2017, which includes the adjacent DeLamar and Florida Mountain gold and silver Deposits, the Company has demonstrated significant resource growth and conversion while providing a robust economic study in its Pre-feasibility Study. The Company is currently focused on resource growth through brownfield and greenfield exploration and the completion of an independent technical report for the PFS on the DeLamar Project announced on February 9, 2022.

Presenter Bios:

Max Baker, VP Exploration

Mr. Baker is a Ph.D. Geologist and member of Aus-IMM based in Reno Nevada. He has over 40 years of exploration experience in Australia, Asia, North and South Americas and Europe on projects ranging from grass-roots, resource definition and development. He has been involved in the exploration and discovery of several significant deposits globally and has previously acted as Chief Geologist for Rennison Goldfields, Inc., Newcrest Mining Limited and Mount Isa Mines, as well as VP Exploration for several junior mining companies over the years.

Chris Gordon, Director of Corporate Development

Chris has spent the last 14 years advising mining companies for Business and marketing strategies, as well as raising capital.  In 2013 Chris joined Integra Gold as Director of Investor Relations where he played a key role in creating market awareness and raising capital.  Integra Gold was sold to Eldorado in 2017 for $590 mm. Chris is currently Director of Corporate Development at Integra Resources.
